Super RARE Vintage INDIANAPOLIS 500 Mile Race Indy 500 DS Banner Sign HUGE 28ft Long! It does have snaps were they would have changed the dates through the years in regards to Time Trials and Day of Race. This is only the third one of these that I have ever seen in the last 30 years. Super hard to find unique piece of Indiana and Racing history. These banners would be displayed / hung up in Indianapolis and some of the surrounding towns across the streets to advertise that the Indy 500 was coming and it was that time of year again. I talked with one old timer and he said he could remember these banners hanging around different Indiana towns when he was younger. Super neat find to add to your collection! It is still solid and will display well.

One side is a tad more faded than the other side. It has some wear and tears. It has some dirt and staining.
