Vintage Hoopers Hooch Neon Light Advertising Shop Pub Bar Display Super Rare

As you can see in the first photo the lights work. The green rings that go around the bottle are supposed to spin but the gear that goes in the motor has come unattached.

I'm not sure how to get it back in with out taking it all apart, which I'd rather not do. You can easily balance those rings so they just stay in an upright position and it still looks good.

The paint around the base of the bottle is flaking away, it is all very delicate and comes off easily, would be nice with a fresh coat. Inside the bottle is mould, this is due to its age, being likely from the 90s.
