Vintage Rare Advertising Polar Bear Pen Holder, Consolidated Ice Co, Chrome

Offered here is a rare advertising pen holder for Consolidated Ice Co. Chromed (or nickeled) metal statue of polar bear on the ice with a unique "stone" as base for pen holder. Rather, it is some kind of hard plastic with a coating underneath which makes it appear to glow yellow light!

It is in very good, vintage and has no breaks, cracks, repairs, etc. Ruler included in photos for sizing... Please enlarge photos and look closely at them all... They are the most important part of the description!
