Valor is a very old company starting in the 1890's and started making oil storage containers, then 1902 making oil heaters. Fire places, then during the WW2 they made oil cans and ammo boxes ,, then moving into other things including motor oil. The company is still going today. This sign is Very well made and Originally from a small. Also repairing all types of heaters.

The sign has great colour with the blue background is very striking against the red lettering. With some natural wear as you can see, but still in very good strong condition. With some cracks, wear /rubs/knocks to the frame, the corners mainly of frame. And hand painted picture in places has some paint loss, paint splashes /marks/rubs/knocks, etc,, but its mainly on the frame. The back still shows its originally white painted wood a bit dirty now but in good order, with later added wire attached for wall hanging. A great looking item with lovely charm & natural wear. Color and lovely patina still remain. Ideal display piece, Great for a shop / Auto Garage or for your home. Vintage item therefore signs of ware. And not been touched up/repaired or restored (unless stated). Further images & detailed condition reports are always available on request.
